Brussels Sprout Chow Chow

This ain't your Granny's chow chow folks!!

We hand shred our Brussels Sprouts and cook them in our signature brine (apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic, crushed red pepper, clove, turmeric) for a minute with the addition of sweet bell peppers, onions and mustard seeds!!
