Our Pickled Beets are like no other!! They are briefly blanched (cooked slightly) to leave them crunchy. They are bathed in a Basil Balsamic brine and have a warm heat, as they contain clove, cinnamon and red pepper. Beet lovers and skeptics unite over this flavor. As always, our products are vegan, gluten-free and contain no preservatives. All produce is sourced as locally as possible and made by hand in small batches.
